How do I connect all the Internet devices in my home to 3web?

Home Networking · Introduction

With 3webXS you can connect all of your Internet-ready devices to your existing High Speed Internet connection.  The Home Networking section of the Online Help Centre will help you walk you through the process of setting up multiple computers, game consoles (i.e. XBOX™ and PS2®) and other devices to the Internet using a Router at no additional monthly charge.

Getting a Router

A Router is a small external device that looks a lot like your High Speed modem.  It allows many devices to share a single Internet connection.  Routers can also have wireless functionality, which means you can connect devices wirelessly.  Routers are readily available at your neighbourhood computer shop.  Talk to a salesperson to find out what type of router is best for you and within your price range.  3web will work well with any type of Broadband Router.
